Finally, fall has arrived.....That means we can break out the pool in Palm Springs....I know that sounds funny, but out here, you can barely stick your big toe outdoors without internally combusting in the summer. I just love sunbathing. I find it is just what I need to relax after a busy morning of modeling for Mommy. For some reason she always has that silly camera in front of my face, but doesn't let me play with it. Get over it already!!!!

I went to my first Angel's game and boy was it a GREAT game!!!! They won the American League West Division title!!!! Daddy says it took him about a thousand games before he saw them win a title.....yeah, and you walked up hill to and from school too!!!!! They call me the Rally Baby!!!!! If we play the Yankees, I'll get to wear my Yankees stink t-shirt!!!!

Okay, I know I sometimes look like a boy when I'm not wearing pink, but I had to show you my new turtle neck Mama B made for me.....it says "My Daddy golfs better than your Daddy." Daddy says he did before I came along. What does that mean? Where did I come from? My hair is starting to come back finally!!! She tried to find some Baby Rogaine for me, but came up short....no pun intended. I graduated from the baby bath to the awesome RUBBER DUCKY TUB!!!!! YIPEE!!!!

Mama B came out to visit again....I tried sooooo hard to crawl for her, but for some odd reason, I just can't figure out how to get those arms and legs working all at the same time. They say it will come in time, but look at how well I'm eating. Dad calls me a dumpster truck, and he ain't kiddin when he says "dump"ster!!!!!! Hee-hee!!!!

Aunt 'Chelle and Uncle Chris came by to visit (no not together, though maybe they should)!!! I have soooo much fun playing with them. Uncle Chris is trying to teach me how to gently pet Percy. Why should I????? Some day I will get her back for the excessive kissing fettish she has with me!!!!!!!

Daddy surprised me when he brought home my new high chair!!!!! Thanx Daddy!!!!! Okay, I'm just trying to figure out what to do with all the extra stuff that comes with it. Hhhhmmmm, it's blue, but it sure doesn't taste like blueberries. This is just tooooo overwhelming for me. Help Mommy!!!!!

This is pretty much what I do aaaallllllllll day long.....play with my dolly and watch Baby Einstein videos when Mom is doing the dishes. Oh hush Mom!!!!! She claims I also eat, poop and nap over and over again. She just has to point that out to all of ya'll!!!!!

I AM NOW 6 MONTHS OLD!!!!

HAPPY 6 MONTHS BIRTHDAY TO ME.....HAPPY 6 MONTHS BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!! As you can imagine, a lot has been going on at the Butterfield Ranch!!! I've been rolling all over the house, back and forth, for a while now and I am working real hard on crawling!!! Mommy and Daddy did some baby proofing around the house anticipating my bad behavior. I am sitting up all on my own now without any support. I still can't pull my self up into a sitting position, but very soon, I will conquer that task!!! (CHECK!!! on the checklist) Hhhmmmm, what else??? I'm eating stage I baby foods now. My favorite veggie, if I HAD to pick is sweet potatoes (hate peas) but green beans, carrots and squash are okay too. I prefer fruits and my absolute fav is pears. I love all fruits, but pears win hands down!!! Mom started teaching me baby sign language today!!! She claims I will be able to tell them what I need and don't want before I can actually speak....we'll see, but we will give it our best effort!!!! She just looks funny flailing her arms around right now. They say by 8 months, I should be signing back!!!! I've decided on a few career choices... a concert pianist, because I totally dig Baby Einstein's "Baby Beethoven and Baby Mozart", or maybe a dog trainer, because Percy and Rally won't stop licking me!!!! OOOHHH, and Mom introduced a sippy cup to me today, because she read somewhere that you can at 6 months. LOL!!! What is that thing, a cross between a bottle and ball????? I couldn't quite figure it out, but will soon, if she has anything to do with it!!!!! Whew, I'm tired from all this new stuff going on......Check with you next time!!!!! Love ya'll!!

For the Labor Day weekend, we went down to Aunt Kirsten's and Uncle Pauls' in Hermosa Beach to visit baby Jack, who is now almost 10 months old!!!! We went to the fair at the beach and had fun playing in the "kiddie" section. I'm sooooo jealous, Jack is just big enough to ride on the swing that goes round and round. Can I just put on some heels and lipstick to pretend that I am older??????? What Daddy? NO???????? Ughhhh Mommy, maybe you should get outside more, you are just as ghost white as I am!!!!!!

OKAY!!!! I finally got to meet the fourth and final Ya-Ya....Aunt Christine....Her family just moved back to So. Cal. from B.F.E. Tampa!!!! They better be staying this time!!!! And to top it all off, I got to meet her grandmother, "G.G." who just turned 98 years old. Oh my gosh, she is soooo sweet. Needless to say, I was sooooo thrilled to see my petite Ya-Ya, Abby again. She's the oldest petite, and I am the youngest, so far!!!! She will have a lot to teach me. Can't wait to play with ya'll again soon!!!

Watch out boys, my Daddy is BIG AND STRONG!!!!! If you even go as far as glance my way, he might send you on a time out!!!!! Thanks Aunt Brenda for my awesome bikini and hat. I just loved swimming for the first time with my Daddy and Uncle Chris. Mom says I'm just like her, a fish in water. I'm sure I'll beat her best time in butterfly by the time I am 2 years old!!!!
