We stopped by Daddy's Alma Mater, Occidental College for a quick tour of the campus. Daddy was a MAJOR TRACK STAR in his day and we trotted around the track together. I think I saw a tear in his eye......maybe he invisions me following in his footsteps.... or maybe it was the dollar signs floating before his eyes as he realized the cost it would afford these days if I decided to to be an "OXY, CUB!!!!" What a beautiful campus. Did you know they filmed Beverly Hills, 90210 there and Real Genious (starring Val Kilmer) and Star Trek III, among many, many other films???????

We went to the zoo for Labor Day and apparently most of the animals take the National Holiday off too!!!! They were just lazin' around, not doing much, just like the rest of America!!!!!! Could someone give them a stimulant, please??? J/K!!!

The "Pink-Mingos" were cool, I even learned how to stand on one leg, just like them!!!! The giraffes were super cool, they have the wierdest tongues!!! I guess the gorillas and chimps were my favorite, or maybe the giraffe, or maybe the lion, , the croc, the alligator, the tiger, or the rhino. It's hard to decide, so of course, I had Mommy and Daddy buy me all the animal souveneirs at the gift store on the way out!!!!!! They are such suckers!!!!!

I really took a likin' to Holly's boyfriend C.J. He is sooooo sweeeeet!!!!!! In a boyish kind of way!!!!!!

I am soooooo excited, cuz my cousin Holly just moved down here to go to college, so now she is close by!!!!! I helped her move in to her dorm. Daddy wouldn't let me stay, I guess I have a few more years until it's my turn.......bummer!!!!!

Heeee-heeeee, Jason is riding Rally!!!! Ride-em Cowboy, gitty up!!!! Rally sure looks annoyed, I wonder why, hmmmm????

WHOOOO HOOOOO!!!!!! I love swimming!!!!! After my swim lessons this summer, I can hold my breath under water and get the dive toys!!!!! I can even kick my legs and get myself to the steps or to the side of the pool. You don't have to worry so much anymore Mommy!!!! I hope next summer I won't need a life-jacket at all!!!! I'm am such a big girl now!!!!

Car shopping............these don't come with IPod dock, GPS, hands free-surround sound cell phone, satellite radio, etc., etc. I think I'll pass!!!!!!!

We hit the Ice Cream Man up for some wicked good, creamy, delicious, fantastic ice cream. MMMMMMMM GOOOOOODDDDD!!!!!!

Mommy had to invade my blog and post her favorite bumper sticker.........Disclaimer, I do not endorse any political affiliation at this point........at least give me a few more years!!!! I don't go to a real school yet, so I will not be seeing the "Obama's Youth" video soon!!!!!

My first trip to the beach and Mommy and Daddy just shook their heads because all I wanted to do was jump off all the rocks and bury myself in the sand. I say, "Hey, that's all part of it!!!!" I found this interesting object on the beach......I guess it was a sand-shark????

Oooh, laa-laa.....Laguna Beach!!!! Mama B and Papo came to visit and we just had to hit the surf and sand. The water was soooo cold!!!! I prefered to just play in the sand and look at the tide pools.

Mommy showed me how to take a real bath........how relaxing!!!!!

My first movie!!!!!! We saw "Ice Age 3" in 3-D!!! It was super cool!!! When I walked around the corner and saw that huge screen, I said to Mommy, "That's a big TV!!!!" I was pretty good during the movie and didn't get tooooo restless until the end......then of course, I insisted on going to the potty over and over again. Daddy is still wondering why they decided to go ahead and potty train me.....except for the no poopy diapers thing, he loves that part!!!!!

Hmmm, I don't think my look fits with the Disney Princess this time. I passed out after Daddy and I slobbered down some chocolate ice cream!!! YUMMY!!!!!

Swim lessons!!! I am quite the little fish, like my Mommy!!!
