TEXAS TRIP 2011

Our first stop was to see Mommy's
and my cousins in Dallas.

Then we went to Great Aunt Judy's and
Great Uncle Stoney's surprise 70th birthday party in East Texas!!! I got to spend more time with my cousins, especially Tyler!!!

I even had a little R&R with Aunt Judy. She taught me some new putting techniques. She's sooooo sweeet.

They live on the 16th fairway and those crazy deer just walk all over it. Guess they aren't afraid of getting hit by a ball!!!!

At the pumpkin patch, they had QUADS this year!!! I didn't think I was big enough to ride them, but when Daddy asked the guy, he said all I had to be able to do is manage the throttle and not run into anything. I'm like, "What the heck is a throttle?" After a mini demo, I was off and running. I handled that baby like a pro!!!! It was sooooo much fun!!!! I even lapped the two boys that were there.

The Battle of BFF's

Gracie and I got to play together in T-ball, but in soccer you absolutley can NOT request to play with your friends (WHATEVER!!!) So the day came when Gracie's team the Glitterators played my team the Buttercups!!! We were highly favored, but the Glitterators had it out for us that day....they kicked our bootays!!!! Zachary was secretly rooting for the Buttercups!!! Shhhhhh, don't tell anyone!!!!

Opening Day Soccer 2011

Ahhhhh, I just love soccer. Mommy and Daddy weren't sure about putting me in soccer this year cuz, quite honestly, they don't know anything about the sport and didn't even care for it until all of a sudden I became a soccer superstar!! Hee-hee!!! I scored the first goal for our team!!! I could hear the cheers and "GGGOOOAAAALLL" from all over the world!! It was like a dream!!!

The Greatest Show on Earth!!!!

OOOOHHHHH, I had sooooo much fun at my first circus. Before the big show, I got to go out on the show floor and try on costumes and play with the crazy clowns and stand next to that super tall man!!! Wow!!! My favorite part was the elephants and tigers. And the cotton candy, of course!!!

We road an old steam engine logging train from the early 1900's. It was super cool watching the fire burning and the steam coming out. I even balanced myself walking across a log. Mommy couldn't watch, she was too scared of me falling off!!! But I made it, of course!!!!!

I had so much fun meeting the Easter Bunny this year, he didn't scare me whatsoever!!! It was a total blast at our neighborhoods Spring Celebration with my friends. We were being soooooo super silly!!! There were way to many eggs to collect this year during the egg hunt, I think I will bring a monster sized Easter basket next year!!! Whoever wakes up first, usually Mommy or Daddy.....has to throw on "The Ventures Christmas" CD!!!! It is quite annoying actually. I'm trying to sleep in here y'all!!!!! Ha-ha!!! I am starting to figure this whole Christmas Day thing out. You don't have to do any chores and you get to play with toys and video games aaaaaaallllllllllllll day long (as long as you don't run out of batteries!!!); Not to mention the incredible food and candy I get to eat without hearing it from you know who!!!! Did you see I am a great multi tasker....I can listen to and play my new iPod touch while playing with my new doodle!!!! You may be wondering if it snowed in Beaumont Christmas morning. Uh.......no. That there snow came in a can. Make your own snow. I doubt I'll ever see the likes of it again. It made a huge mess and I wasn't the one that had to clean it up!!!! Heeeee-heeeeee!!!!!

Christmas Eve 2010

Our Christmas Eve traditions are pretty traditional. First, Daddy helps me put the tree topper on, then Mommy and I read "Twas the Night Before Christmas" and then we put the milk and cookies out for Santa. Oh, and we put carrots out for the reindeer. Then we mix it up a little and go next door to the Howard's and party like a rock star. They serve the best homemade tamales and enchiladas. Daddy mixes up the margaritas......I hear they are quite strong, so I don't go near them!!! Hmmmmm, I was wondering why some families open gifts the night before Christmas. Mommy, what is up with that??? Oh, that's right, you like to torture us!!!

Mommy kept complaining about how dirty she was....this was the last sighting of her white feet this weekend. Happy Firecracker Day!!! We went to the city park with our friends for a big picnic and fireworks spectacular. There was live music and bubbles galore. Or course, Uncle Chris got me my fav.....cotton candy and it was gobbled up in a flash!!!! By the end of the night, I was EL-TOASTITO!!!
